Robert J. Fairneny

Robert J. Fairneny is a Private Investigator, a Certified Public Accountant and a graduate of Suffolk University in Boston, Massachusetts. Mr. Fairneny worked for the international accounting firm of Price Waterhouse in Boston and provided auditing, tax and consulting services to publicly and privately held corporations and its management/owners.
Mr. Fairneny has worked in industry and has held the positions of Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer, Controller, Trustee and Board Director.
Since 1990, he has provided consulting services to various hospitals and other health care institutions on matters pertaining to drug diversion by Nursing, Pharmacy, Anesthesia, EMS and other health care personnel in addition to assisting clients with federal and state controlled substance regulatory compliance issues. He has also spoken nationally on matters pertaining to controlled substance diversion, security, record keeping and regulatory compliance.
He has conducted various fraud investigations and has worked with client legal counsel, law enforcement and regulatory agencies including the District Attorney's Office, Massachusetts State Police, Drug Enforcement Administration and Boston Police Anti-Corruption Unit.
